Overview of the role

• To handle all requirements under AMC service-related activities.
•  Maintain service proactively without any escalation.

 

What you will do

 

• Understanding various discipline wise project/AMC requirements.
• Understanding the requirements from customers.
• Completing the daily tasks including Breakdowns and assigned PPM’s on timely basis without any escalations.
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device.

• Understand the process of AMC services.

• Knowledge SIRA & AMDCC Guidelines.
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting the systems under Maintenance within agreed SLA
• Good Knowledge in CCTV/ACS and Intruder alarm.​​​​​​​

• Diploma in Electronics , with UAE D/L
• Minimum  3 Years experience
•  SIRA certification​​​​​​​
