Overview of the role

 

End to end Management of eCRM & automation campaigns across our owned channels (email, sms, web push notifications & push notifications. Responsible for driving up all the eCRM campaigns (Welcome, upsell, cross sell, re-activation of lapsing customers)

 

Part of the ecommerce team, the eCRM & Automation executive, will be instrumental into customer retention and helping the ecommerce team to achieve the revenue target through the execution of eCRM campaigns for our fashion brands. (Ted Baker, Sandro, Maje)

 

Day to Day

  • Creation & Execution of Omnichannel campaigns email, web & app push notifications, sms (inclusive of Email HTML design)
  • Working with the relevant stakeholders across category marketing, creative    
  • Maximize the customer lifetime value, retention, response & conversion rates, average revenue per user
  • Minimize churn rate, abandonment rate
  • Create customer targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Web & email Personalization

           

Analytics & reporting

  • Monitor and improve all created strategies (CRM, Marketing Automation, personalization)
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics and prepare relevant dashboards to share results across the team and report up to senior management
  • Analysing relevant performance metrics (CVR, CTR, CTOR, Unsubscription, revenues etc.) into the eCRM solution + Google Analytics

Reporting

  • Delivering performance reports and insights from the email & SMS campaigns to internal stakeholders

 

Strategy & optimization

  • Support the eCommerce team into designing customer journeys (Welcome, lapsing, inactive)
  • Help designing upsell / cross-sell journeys
  • Create an iterative optimization strategy to optimize (open rate / CTR / CVR) through A/B testing

 

Teamwork

  • Create relationship & workflows within the department
  • Work with all the brands you are in charge of

 

Personal Development

  • Develop knowledge into advanced segmentation
  • Develop knowledge in Personalization (email / web push / app push)
  • Participate into a data driven approach project with the CDXP department.

 

Required skills to be successful

 

  • HTML 5 & responsive design
  • Google Analytics (relevant to the Email and SMS channel performance)
  • Photoshop  / dreamweaver or any HTML editor
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel / google sheets

 

What equips you for the role

 

  • 3+ years in Marketing Automation & CRM
  • Has to be from a B2C E-commerce background
  • Familiar with Automation tools such as Marketo, WebEngage, Braze, Emarsys, use Insinder…
  • Marketing automation including email marketing, push notifications and web push notifications and SMS experience is a must
  • English speaking, Arabic is a plus
