About The Job

​This position is a member of the Cargo Revenue Management Strategy team within the Customer Experience Division. This position functions as the Team Lead with a focus on cargo products originating from Florida, Caribbean and Latin America. 

 

Specifically, you'll do the following:

  • ​Provides strategic guidance, focus and leadership to a team of analysts
  • Works closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy to identify growth opportunities and create innovative pricing and customer strategies that meet market demand
  • Assists with the implementation of Cargo's forecasting and optimization tools designed to maximize unit revenue performance
  • Creates developmental opportunities for team members
  • Participates in the development of the annual revenue plan
  • Presents projects and revenue results to senior management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • ​Strong leadership, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and to support critical business decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong aptitude for creative problem solving and for synthesizing large volumes of detailed information into a concise presentation
  • Ability to make independent decisions as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, to work well with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to help new analysts develop core revenue management competencies
  • Outcome-focused, able to develop own and team priorities towards key deliverables
  • Ability to project a positive attitude to both management and a team of analysts

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ​MBA degree
  • Revenue management experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain/cargo/air freight economics
