Job Description:
- Proactively solve customer problems and follow up on corrective actions at first contact
- Ensure restaurants abide by our SLAs and KPIs, and provide recommendations on how to improve the service
- Communicate effectively with our customers through well-crafted personal interactions whether via phone or chat
- Handle customer support cases in a timely professional manner.
- Able to communicate and handle hangry customers and provide the relevant solutions to make it a good experience for them
- Provide high level of quality support in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
Job Requirements:
- You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and growth
- You have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- You have an excellent command of English language
- You are able to work on multiple platforms and software solutions concurrently
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are ready to work on alternating shift basis
