Job Description:

Build elmenus Delivery business model.
Pricing of the different business models, signing off with different contractors, build a strong outsource / in-house model that enabled elmenus to kick off the service within 3 months. You will be responsible of the courriers acquisition, retention & performance.
Manage communication with Third Party Logistics Providers (3PL) in building our Delivery distribution network.
Have a deep understanding of the local supply situation.
Optimize delivery times & couriers earnings.

Perform analysis to come up with insights and strategic initiatives to solve the key challenges of elmenus Operations.
Develop and optimize processes as we scale- Thinking about what the processes will look like a few weeks into operations VS few months.
Responsible for the development, maintenance and analysis of daily / weekly business reports that grant us visibility on elmenus supply chain operational needs, indicating full operational status concerning the flow.

Job Requirements:

2+ years’ experience and demonstrated past achievements in a fast-paced Supply Chain or Operations or related experience.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong strategic vision and business mindset.
Comfortable working in a high growth, high pace and high performance start-up .
Itchy feet and curious in learning through different projects.
Excel proficiency.
Experience in SQL and/or coding is a plus.
Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar preferred.
Experience in on-demand delivery is a plus.
Results oriented, autonomous and efficient.
Leadership – you can motivate your teammates. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
