Technology Lead at Mumm
Job Description:
- Leading the technical team members to build, maintain and scale mumm platform to deliver on business objectives.
- Perform technical code reviews for the tasks and provide technical guidance to the rest of the team.
- Lead the process of building and maintaining the API that powers our platform.
- Maintaining the architecture of the code for scalability and maintainability.
- Translate requirements into technical deliverables through coding, managing database and servers, and integrating UI/ UX.
- Facilitate the work between the tech team and rest of the teams ( Growth , supply ..etc ).
- Help grow the business by identifying new opportunities, proposing high-quality solutions, and outlining technical specifications.
- Coach and grow the team members to develop their talents and skills
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of web development experience
- Proven experience in managing tech teams
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- Solid Knowledge and understanding of MYSQL, PHP.
- Solid Knowledge of one or more MVC platforms (symfony is a plus)
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript/jquery.
- Solid Knowledge of OOP
- Solid Knowledge of implementing with APIs
- Strong understanding of Agile and Software Development Cycle
- Strong knowledge of Git, have server administration/DevOps and troubleshooting skills.
- AWS knowledge is a plus
