Why you'll love this job

As communicators, we’re only as good as the communications we produce. And at American, those communications need to be written through the lens of our frontline team members to ensure what we’re communicating truly resonates with our teams. Pay is one of the most important, if not the most important, things to our team members. And ensuring they understand all aspects of it is a priority for us.

That’s why we’re looking for an individual who will support pay-related communications for our more than 100,000 team members.
