Location: Nasr City

Job Description:
• Communicate with the business users to understand their business needs
• Transform the needs to a solution
• Implement standard and complex JIRA projects
• Deployment on UAT and Production environments
• Investigate the technical issues and implement the resolution
• Manage JIRA versions upgrade and Atlassian releases
• Manage the projects versions
• Implement the integration with other tools / systems (by Plugins, Interfaces, APIs, …etc)

Job Requirements:

         Education:

•  Computer B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree
  
  Relevant Experience:
  
• 4-5 years of professional experience

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent French speaking is a plus
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
