Senior Manager HR – GBS, AMENA at PepsiCo
Location: Nasr City
Job Description:
- Provide Overall Sector Program Management including coordinating PMO activities across functions/countries
- Facilitate appropriate resourcing and involvement of key stakeholders across sector
- Develop governance structure (e.g., interaction meeting cadence, escalation process) for Sector
- Define key operating metrics, high-level process to track KPI dashboards in Sector
- Own the overall business case for the Sector, consolidating information from functions/ countries
- Partner with Change & OD lead along with functional lead to design the RemainCo and Atlas in line with global operating model and VR targets
- Lead stakeholder management (locally and global integration) for Atlas project to ensure timely updates, support appropriate decision making and communication of risks and opportunities
- Partner with the hub leadership team on hub stand-up: drive & govern knowledge capture phase by x for in-scope functions (x,x,x), drive & govern Knowledge Transfer phase by x for in-scope functions, ensure seamless transition of processes by robust hypercare phase (including wiring, ways of working changes, KPI/service delivery process)
- Partner with function leads on the development of sector project team members
- Represent AMENA in Sector/Global GBS project forums
- Plan and manage transition from AMENA to Hubs (6 months process for each transition (13 transition in 2019/2020) influencing different stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth transition of activities starting from development of PAQs for all jobs till stabilization in the new hub including communication/change management/process deep dives.
- Align with and influence AMNEA HRLT (COEs/HRBPs) on HC impact/GBS business case and end state structure achievement
- Connect with Global transition leads as needed to identify and work on areas of commonality and opportunities of collaboration to drive efficiency
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR/Business.
Relevant Experience:
- 8-10 of experience in HR/Change Management
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Knowledge about different verticals in HR
- FMCG is preferred but not a must
- Previous GBS experience is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must
- Worked on complex HR projects managing multiple diverse stakeholders.
- Regional/Global HR exposure is a plus
