Location: New Cairo

Job Description:

• Assist in the recruitment of a new software development team based in Cairo
• Day to day management of the Live Optics Cairo team
• Ingest design requirements from the Live Optics leadership and disseminate tasks to team members
• Coordination with the Live Optics leadership to provide software release schedules
• Oversee software release management for the Cairo team
• Regular communication with Live Optics leadership on progress, milestone achievement, and delays
• Encouraging and inspiring team members to excel both individually and as a cohesive group.

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

• 4+ years prior experience managing a software development team in addition to hands-on software development experience.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Experience with both Agile and Dev-Ops software development methodologies
• Solid communication and people skills
• Solid tool background with Jira, Github, Confluence (or similar tools)
