Job Description:

  • The Marketing Manager leads the marketing effort to drive adoption of Cyber Source solutions sold through our acquirer channel under their brand.
  • You will develop joint go-to-market programs, business-value messaging, and solution-level materials.
  • We are seeking a B2B marketing professional with a passion for “engineering” a buying/sales cycle and building industry reputation to deliver consistent and efficient prospect engagement and sales close, spanning the entire length of the buyer’s journey.

Job Requirements:

 Education:

  • 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Relevant Experience:

  • 7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD.
  • 10-15 years of product or solutions marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, BPM, SaaS, Professional Services, or IT industries. Payment services experience strongly desired

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Demonstrated ability to assume “business leadership” for CyberSource marketing (championing function/role/objectives), instill passion and appreciation for the true art and science of the marketing/sales messaging and enablement process throughout the buyer’s journey
  • Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to understand complex processes and technologies, and translate into simple concepts (written, graphical, architectural, and verbal). Strong command of Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications. Command of systems like Eloqua, Salesforce, & Tableau a plus
  • Storytelling… Demonstrated ability to develop impactful, fact-based, sales-usable value proposition stories (requires strong analytical and creative thought processes). Has ability to “see” the unseen story, and generate story from disparate pieces.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop go-to-market plans, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and develop high-quality tools, collateral, presentations to execute your vision
  • Demonstrated strong agency management and coordination skills
  • Proven success in launching products/services and driving more sales
  • Strong communications skills (written, translating messages into graphic concepts, verbal)
  • Strong buyer journey and sales enablement orientation— demonstrate buying-cycle-savvy understanding of sales methodologies to create tools which are customer business process-focused.
  • Demonstrated expertise/attention to analyzing and managing closed-loop marketing/sales processes
  • Familiarity with eCommerce business process/order management processes and technology desired
