Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the HR Field, preferably with a multinational manufacturing or FMCG company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or any relevant field
- Fluency in both English & Arabic is a MUST
- Excellent Management skills
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, and proactive
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of developing HR department.
- Create and implements all HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
- Design the organization structure that justifies the company’s required divisions and personnel stating the functional description of every department.
- Create annual manpower plan and manage all the processes of employee testing and selection.
- Interview candidates at the top management-level.
- Oversee internal talent assessment and development processes, to maximize employee contribution and commitment.
- Plan & coordinate administrative procedures & systems & devise ways to streamline processes.
- Manage the provision of administrative, facility, maintenance services & clerical service & logistics.
- Oversee & agree on contracts and providers for services including security, parking, & cleaning, catering etc.
