JOB PURPOSE:
To provide executive administrative support for Fashion brands in a pro-active manner and with minimal supervision.  The primary focus of this role is to manage and support logistics of all fashion brands within the UAE & non-UAE regions.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage & Monitor Fashion Supply Chain Costs & Service Levels
  • Management of supply chain cost & service levels to ensure that they stay within budgeted levels for the Fashion division
  • Develop and implement immediate corrective action were costs are outside budgeted levels
  • Ensure that the multi-channel supply chain is optimized and within agreed lead time and cost levels
  • To verify, validate and clear all invoices for Fashion. Ensure timely submission within the SLA.
  • Manage Various Logistics Processes 
  • Shipment management
  • Managing warehousing operations 
  • Stock delivery from FZ to UAE stores
  • Regional and cross dock distribution

Reporting and SOPs Management

  • Ensure the continuity of the proper documentation process and support the Logistics manager in formulating necessary SOPs to ensure the compliance from all concerned parties.
  •  Assist in periodic audits by furnishing relevant documents required with necessary justifications
  • Weekly and monthly review/ report month/YTD as required by the management

Financial Processes

  • Periodic VAT reconciliations for applicable regions
  • Analyzing monthly CDR statements and allocation of costs based on shipment values
  • Monthly review of actual costs in lines with budget allocated and preparation of monthly provisions 
  • Weekly and monthly review/ report month/YTD
  • Vendor SOA reconciliations

E-commerce operations management

  • To achieve consistent positive NPS levels
  • Provide comprehensive updates on order details and Ecommerce supply chain performance to all stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate, analyse and resolve any complaints or issues that are raised by customers
  • Coordinate with delivery partner on delivery accuracy and performance
  • Returns and refund processing
  • Day to day coordination with stores/ service partner and CS team
  •  Assist in testing and rollout of new rollouts in the Ecommerce for differing brands

Others

  • Ensure that the ERP (SAP) is maintained and operating effectively and efficiently from an inventory & logistics point of view
  • Ensure proper coordination from all internal & external stake holders including buyers, vendors-across the world, logistics companies, and certification agencies including SASO agents, warehouse and Government authorities etc. to ensure a smooth flow of shipment movement in to various middle East countries including UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait.
  • Maintain updated repository of all 3PL contracts and RFQs
  • To engage in the Employee Engagement activities within the team

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: SAP expertise, MS Office Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel 
  • Minimum Experience:  Knowledge on logistics and warehousing.
