  • ​This job is a member of the Stores Compliance & Training Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • ​Responsible for interacting with various team members in the Supply Chain organization, as well as various other Compliance, Safety and Regulatory groups to help set direction and determine priorities related to Stores Compliance and Training, as well as the planning, delivery, and tracking of departmental training initiatives.
What you'll do
  • Monitors, tracks, and reports on internal and Regulatory audits for all audit findings related to Supply organization
  • Performs gap analysis to identify areas requiring improvements and influences positive performance to Supply organization by providing expert advice, training, facilitation, and support
  • Facilitates the development of solutions for complex compliance performance problems involving multiple issues or individual items
  • Provides periodic compliance and training reporting to all levels of Supply leadership
  • Works with project management to assist in the completion of the project deliverables including completion of planning activities
  • Builds relationships and coordinates cross-functionally with all Supply operations locations
  • Escalates significant issues impacting users for prompt resolutions
  • Completes other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned, in order to achieve departmental objectives
  • Ensures that proper policies and procedures from multiple regulatory manuals are understood and followed by the Stores Organization
  • Monitors and provides analysis of time and attendance for union work force within Stores Compliance & Training organization

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 4 years related work experience in Supply Chain or related field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Safety, or Operations Management

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​​Operational understanding of supply chain concepts, with work or internship experience applying those concepts
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations with emphasis on those which pertain directly to the handling, storage, and shipping of aircraft parts and airworthiness
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of the lnventory & Supply Policies and Procedures
  • Self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow through and initiative
  • Understanding and use of technical tools for analysis, problem solving, and quality improvement
  • Knowledge of SAP, DECS, AAPICS, and/or SCEPTRE systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
