Job Description:
- Follow-up and ensure timely gathering of HC requests during each budget exercise.
- Receive and challenge annual HC budget requests (permanent and off-payroll), from assigned functions, based on functions strategic demands in alignment with company business directions.
- Submit to corporate HR the justified HC submissions.
- Reflect approved HC on organization charts and ensure regular update of job descriptions.
- Validate new hire requests against the HC plan of assigned departments.
- Search for and screen potential profiles to match requested entry level up to professional positions descriptions from all defined recruitment sources.
- Conduct relevant tests and competency based structured interviews for short-listed candidates.
- Agree with department hiring manager on final selection to proceed with offer stage.
- Communicate job offers to candidates following corporate HR general guidelines and compensation structure for entry level up to professionals.
- Give selected candidate the pre-employment medical checkup letter along with a list of needed personnel documents.
- Receive and validate personnel hiring documents submitted by the candidates and obtain their signature on form 1 for social insurance and obtain new hires signature on hiring contract.
- Send new hires confirmation details to corporate HR for necessary actions.
- Ensure proper on-boarding of new employees.
- Ensure completion of appraisals through close follow up with people managers to meet deadline.
- Review and challenge cascaded objectives to ensure being smart and aligned with departmental Objectives.
- Identify the functional training needs and budget and send to concerned teams for validation.
- Ensure employees timely enrollment in the training plan, through HRMIS, as per the announced deadlines and that their courses are relevant to their PDPs.
- Provide continuous counseling to employees on their development needs and advise them on relevant training programs.
- Support Training team in sending out training invitations, evaluations data entry, course opening and observation and reporting no shows/late arrivals to respective management or undertakings.
- Receive promotion requests and validate against set criteria and guidelines and send final lists to corporate HR for further actions.
- Advise, guide and support managers on all matters related to ethics and employee relations to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
- Attend the employee grievance and workplace discipline cases with the employee relation department.
- Attend the exit interviews meeting, analyze the reason of resignation.
- Receive promotion requests and ensure validation against set criteria and guidelines for further actions.
Job Requirements:
- University degree from a reputable university.
- Post graduate studies in HR are highly recommended.
- Minimum 4 years of experience, 2 of which are in HR.
