Job Description:

  • Develop digital products and appraise new ideas for market viability based on market research and customer needs.
  • Assess the competition by comparing products and propositions.
  • Create and deliver long- and short-term digital product road maps and execute against product plans.
  • Bring new, exciting propositions to market with return-on-investment analysis.
  • Work with project delivery teams to successfully launch new products and iterations on-time and within budget
  • work with the Segments – Marketing to drive the product road map and translate business needs into user stories so you can populate the backlog with the agreed priority.
  • Responsible for taking ownership of your product area and for communicating the product’s vision.
  • Responsible for understanding the business goals and subsequently driving success by delivering projects within the proposed deadlines and budget.
  • responsible for ensuring the products and services being built are suitable for the end-users.
  • Influence the respective product road map, to ensure vendor road maps are considered and aligned where appropriate.
  • Decompose product features from the road map/program backlog into matured and estimated user stories that can be achieved in a single sprint.
  • Manage and priorities product deliverable for the delivery team.
  • Collaborate with relevant subject matter experts.
  • Identify gaps in systems and propose solutions.
  • Maintain alignment between the product development and business objectives.
  • Deliver and collect product metrics.
  • Any other digital related projects.
  • Understanding customer needs and be able to use available data to carry out extensive research to identify needs.
  • Analysis Customers VOC and compare competitors’ products to enhance the product.
  • Propose direction and specifications to ensure development time and resources as properly used.
  • Develop schedules for project  phase and life cycle.
  • Set up reviews at each stage to ensure the meeting the objectives as it progresses from concept to specification, design, development and launch.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business background  with a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing,
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience, 1 of which in digital interaction/customer journey design.
  • Project management basic skills are essential to manage projects cycle and stakeholders requirements
  • Have a strong operational background and fully aware of orange product & services
  • Background with Mobile apps/Web development process and life cycle is a must
  • Background in a customer oriented business/industry
  • Familiar with UX/UI development
