Job Requirements:

3+ years of documented experience in digital marketing
Working in digital education or the high-tech sector is a plus (give links to profiles as examples)
Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic
Excellent knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Experience in B2C marketing is a plus
Demonstrable experience in crafting content, both graphics and text
Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms and their marketing capabilities and trends

Job Description:

Crafting a digital presence strategy through planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to meet Nagwa’s goals and to reach the maximum ROI
Utilizing a range of techniques including social media, paid search, SEO, online advertising, and email campaigns to drive demand
Coordinating with different teams to create the content needed to promote new products and ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and branding across multiple marketing channels
Applying data-driven approaches to analyze, predict, and optimize marketing campaigns
Reporting to management in a timely manner regarding campaigns’ optimization and follow-up plans
Coordinating customer service, making recommendations based on customer requirements, ensuring prompt response and efficient use of the team’s resources, and referring technical inquiries to the appropriate party
