Assistant Manager – Performance Improvement – Customer & Strategy at EY – UAE

Job Description:

  • Help client to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational issues by formulating business strategy, defining strategic initiatives, transforming client’s operation by defining operation model and improving business processes;
  • Structuring the work and leading the streams in strategic and operational model projects;
  • Delivery of the stream results at all levels of client management;
  • Maintaining and expanding external networks;

Job Requirements:

       Relevant Experience:

  • At least 4-6 years of work experience in customer strategy definition, customer experience OR (growth) strategy, innovation, and strategic/digital transformation or product innovation in a big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm;

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Candidates with industry experience in the above skillset in a large bank, telecom entity or retail giant etc can also be considered;
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships with clients;
