Job Description:
- Help client to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational issues by formulating business strategy, defining strategic initiatives, transforming client’s operation by defining operation model and improving business processes;
- Structuring the work and leading the streams in strategic and operational model projects;
- Delivery of the stream results at all levels of client management;
- Maintaining and expanding external networks;
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
- At least 4-6 years of work experience in customer strategy definition, customer experience OR (growth) strategy, innovation, and strategic/digital transformation or product innovation in a big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm;
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Candidates with industry experience in the above skillset in a large bank, telecom entity or retail giant etc can also be considered;
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
- Ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships with clients;
